By controlling the solenoid valves of each cavity to realize the inflation and deflation of each air spring airbag to achieve the required height of the whole vehicle; by adjusting the solenoid valves of the shock absorber to realize the needs of different driving styles, and by adjusting the opening and closing status of the multi-chamber stiffness valve to realize the change of stiffness in order to achieve the comfort and stability expected by the driver.
The flow differential pressure characteristic through the solenoid valve can be changed according to the size of the current signal, thus changing the damping force of the damper output and improving driving comfort for different road conditions.
Dual chamber air spring, means that there are two chambers in the air spring, the main and secondary chambers, there is a unique channel between the two chambers is controlled by a solenoid valve to open and close. When the channel is opened, the main chamber and the vice chamber are connected, and the effective working chamber volume is the sum of the volumes of the main and vice chambers, a larger volume brings a softer suspension, which is a low stiffness mode; when the channel is closed, the vice chamber is no longer an effective working chamber, and the effective working chamber volume is only the main chamber volume, a smaller volume brings a stiffer suspension, which is a high stiffness mode. "When the channel is closed, the secondary chamber is no longer the effective working chamber, and the effective working chamber volume is only the main chamber volume.
