We offer heat and and flame protect blankets in different sizes which are suitable for the use up to 1400°C. In addition to the high maximum application temperature (in wet condition briefly up to 3400°C) the blankets reach a high heat and sound insulation value in contrast to the small grammage (600 g/m²).

Range of application:

• During welding, soldering and cutting they protect all sensitive components (like body panels or rubber surfaces) in immediate surroundings from sparks, slags and welding beads.
• Application always when work safety, heat and fire protection (like in engine compartments and control cabinets) are required
• Usable as welding protection pad, fire blanket, etc.
• Material: flame retardant fleece, black (skin- and paint-friendly)
• Temperature resistance (permanent) according to DIN 52273: around 900 °C

Furthermore, we have special heat protection blankets for different application purposes. This includes for example a door protecting pocket, a wind shield protector or a hatchback cover.

The covers reach a maximum application temperature of 600°C and a permanent temperature resistance of 550°C (DIN 52273) in contrast to the small grammage (700 g/m²).
