EPB Actuator:

- We check and test the operation of 100% of our EPB actuators. We warrantify the quality and correct function with different tests:
- CLAMPING FORCE TEST: measuring of the force exerted by the caliper piston when operated by the EPB actuator under different voltages.
- ENDURANCE TEMPERATURE TEST: resistance to life cycles into climate chamberand test bench,
monitored under min. and max. voltages and temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
- LEAKAGE TEST: vacuum test to check the tightness of the housing and the connector.

We manufacture under the same specifications as OE. And therefore we have the ISO 9001:2015 and
IATF 16949:2016 certifications.
