We have been dealing with diesel engines for industrial and marine applications for more than 40 years, always taking care of every single detail.

The engines we distribute are unique in reliability and quality. To preserve their performance and extend their service life, we have always chosen genuine components and spare parts.

Our power solutions are tailored for every non-vehicular application: special machinery, agriculture, construction, power generation, sprinkler, irrigation, marine.

They have FPT Industrial, Raywin, Scania, VM Motori and Yuchai engines at their core and plenty of specific components installed on them.

The engine is often “just” one component of a complex machine and, consequently, must ensure efficiency, performance, and low costs of ownership.

So first, we choose the right engine for each application and customize it to meet the specific needs of the mission.

To do this, we either use specific options or high-quality components available on the market, such as G.A.C. components. If they don’t exist yet, we simply develop them!

Our target is to make it as easy as possible to fit the engine into a sophisticated application. To do this, we have developed specific Bimotor components ranging from hydraulic pump couplers to heavy duty radiators and a whole range of control panels and electronic interfaces.

Currently, we have developed 5 control panel models suitable for a wide range of engines, from Not Emission sprinkler engines to Stage V industrial and marine engines.

For electronics management, which has always been a distinctive element of our commercial proposal, we supply from wiring for the simplest applications, to mechanical injection, up to the most complex proposals meeting the Stage V standard.

Built according to strict quality standards, the engine-vehicle or engine-human interface electronics made at Bimotor encourage the customer to rely on Bimotor for validation.

But how does a customer choose the most suitable component?

Our team is fully trained on component specifications and their applications, and they support the customer in product selection, installation, and after-sales service.

It is made up of a commercial department, 12 people dedicated to logistics and 6 engineers who take care of Bimotor's components development and validation.

When the fully equipped engine is in field, it is a matter of maintaining its top performance for as long as possible. That is why we always choose to supply genuine spare parts. Genuine allows the engines to live longer, in full efficiency and with continuity, making them reliable and, consequently, lowering running costs. These aspects are essential, especially when we are talking about the latest generation models or those that have to work in the most extreme conditions.

Each spare part has years of research and development behind it, with excellence as a target. Materials, technology and structure are specifically designed to guarantee maximum performance to the component and, accordingly, to the engine.

Regarding both components and spare parts, our key strengths are stock and logistics.

With a stock of 5 mln € in spare parts + 2 mln € in components and 10,000 items managed in our warehouse, we guarantee fast deliveries worldwide and minimize downtimes. Our export and logistics department manage more than 1.500 WW shipments per year, taking care of all the documentation needed to export overseas.

And, when it worth it, we can also overhaul or remanufacture high value components, such as exchangers and heavy-duty radiators. Original remanufacturing allows you to save money gaining the same quality and boosting sustainability.
