Technical Background
Poor combustion and low quality fuels contaminate the fuel, air intake, and particulate filter system of motor vehicles.
Our Approach:
Treating the Fuel System
The motor supply system and the intake manifold of both diesel and the gasoline engines are cleaned without removing their parts. In this way, the typical problems of the fuel and air intake systems of motor vehicles are effectively solved.
The injection nozzles, the suction valves (indirect injection) and the combustion chambers are cleaned of contamination and carbon de-posits using our cleaners from the BG Heinzer/Petra company, without removing the injection nozzles and without disassembling engine parts.
Can be connected to the following injection systems:
Continuous, multipoint, monopoint, direct (GDI, FSI) and all
diesel systems, including common rails and fuels (HDI, JTD, Cdti, CDI).
The treatment is appropriate for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and buses.
Pressure can be set with a precision of 1 to 7 bar. The device is thus suited for all types of fuel.
Treatment of the air intake system, particulate filter system and intake valves
Treatment is performed using vaporization of our cleaning agents from the BG Heinzer/Petra company into the air intake tract to remove contamination from the intake pipe and the intake valves of diesel and gasoline engines, without disassembling parts of the engine. The nebulizer is controlled by a pump and is attached directly and quickly to the engine intake manifold without any special procedures.
The treatment is performed through the correct adjustment of the injection duration and the waiting times, wherein dirt, carbon, and oil de-posits are removed from the air intake system and proper functioning of the engine is thereby restored.
