The Supply Chain Summit on 4. June 2024 in Frankfurt provided an outlook on the development of the supply chain and, above all, inspiration and approaches for the design and implementation of successful SCM solutions.
Structural change in the mobility and automotive industry and also in the aftermarket is progressing rapidly, influenced by changes in procurement and sales markets, new technologies and competitors. This affects all suppliers and users of spare parts, trade, service and repair, as the availability of spare parts and service quality is crucial for competition. Traditional supply relationships are under pressure and require adjustments. Digitalisation, automation, new services and innovative business models offer solutions based on GREEN, LEAN and SMART principles.
In addition to imparting knowledge, the Supply Chain Summit is particularly concerned with highlighting best practice solutions for the industry in order to master the challenges of today, tomorrow and in the future.
Automechanika is actively involved in this important topic together with its partner LogisticNetwork Consultants and offers events and contributions both in the run-up to and during the trade fair in September 2024.
