In its 25th edition, Automechanika Istanbul 2026 showcases the transformation of the automotive aftermarket industry not only through products and technologies, but also through experience focused special areas, strategic collaborations, and innovative fair applications. Offering a broad range of content from electric vehicle technologies and detailing applications to career opportunities and live art performances, the event creates a multi layered business and networking platform for industry professionals, manufacturers, distributors, and buyers. This year, the fair hosts approximately 1,400 exhibitors from 41 countries across more than 40,000 sqm of net exhibition space, aiming to expand both regional and global trade volume by combining its quarter century legacy with the vision of the future.
Special 25th anniversary experience areas leave their mark on the show
The special zones introduced within the scope of Automechanika Istanbul 2026 offer visitors the opportunity to experience the transformation of the automotive aftermarket industry up close. Industry professionals are gathering at the Automechanika Academy program in Hall 11, where expert speakers discuss current topics related to mobility, sustainability, technology, and the future of the aftermarket industry. As part of the program, the panel titled “Transformation in Supply Chain Management” will be organized on the second day of the fair at 16:00 at the Başbuğ Group stand in Hall 2, in cooperation with Automechanika Istanbul and Başbuğ Group. Innovation4Mobility by Bakırcı, located in Hall 12 as in previous years, attracts attention with hands on experience areas focusing on electric vehicle technologies and next generation mobility solutions. Also in Hall 12, the Automechanika Detailing Arena by Olex Films presents colorful competitions and live demonstrations related to vehicle care, protection, and detailing applications. In addition, practical workshop programs are being held throughout the fair at the TOBFED Event Area in Hall 12. Within the scope of the program, visitors can attend the “Window Film Application Workshop” and the “PPF Application Workshop” carried out directly on vehicles. During the live demonstrations conducted by professional teams, visitors can closely follow the applications, while participants also have the opportunity to experience the processes firsthand.
Located in Hall 11, the Innovation4Mobility Additive Manufacturing Zone by 3D Teknomarket brings together visitors with innovative applications of additive manufacturing and 3D printing technologies in the automotive industry. These next generation technologies, offering lower costs, faster production processes, and high design flexibility, allow visitors to experience mold free production up close during the fair. At the Premium Event Area in Hall 12A, university clubs showcase special vehicle projects, performance vehicles, and remarkable engineering studies. Meanwhile, the Career Area, organized for the second time in cooperation with eleman.net, offers employment opportunities in the automotive sector. Another eye catching attraction of Automechanika Istanbul 2026 is the Vehicle Painting Event, organized with the support of Edding and under the artistic direction of Cem Güventürk, providing visitors in Hall 10 with a truly colorful experience. Positioned between Halls 10 and 11, the “25th Anniversary Tunnel” presents the quarter-century journey of Automechanika Istanbul.
A stronger exhibition experience through new applications
Automechanika Istanbul 2026 enhances the show experience with newly developed applications for exhibitors and visitors. The “Automechanika Lovers” loyalty program, created for exhibitors participating in different Automechanika fairs worldwide, offers special advantages highlighting the strong bond between brands and the exhibition. Exhibitors using premium packages are given special visibility across printed materials such as stand labels, video screens, and hall plans. In addition, visitors can easily identify exhibitors operating in the fields of commercial vehicles, agriculture, e-mobility, and remanufacturing through special “Vehicle Compatibility” labels.
