Receive complimentary branding at Automechanika shows!

The Automechanika brand is offering complimentary branding opportunities to enhance your company’s presentation for those participants who have physically exhibited at three Automechanika events. The offer applies to main exhibitors, joint stand exhibitors/pavilion exhibitors and self-exhibiting organisers.

The new "Automechanika Lovers" programme is valid from September 2022 to 31 August 2024. Automechanika Frankfurt 2022 counts as the first participation for all exhibiting companies.

How does it work?

After exhibiting at 3 Automechanika events your company is entitled to complimentary branding at further Automechanika shows.

  • The offer Automechanika Lovers begins in September 2022 and ends on 31 August 2024 (“offer period”) and applies to:
    1.    Main exhibitors
    2.    Self-exhibiting organisers
    3.    Joint stand participants/pavilion exhibitors
  • The square metres for joint stand participants/pavilion exhibitors is based on the overall size of the joint stand/pavilion divided by the number of exhibitors.
  • The offer applies to all companies within a corporation. If several companies within a corporation exhibit at one event, this is counted as one participation. The total square metres of all stands within the corporation count towards the average square metres.
  • Companies have to physically exhibit at minimum three events within the offer period in order to qualify.
  • The value of complimentary branding is based on the average total net stand space rental paid at minimum three previous events within the offer period.
  • The value of complimentary branding is offered in the local currency at the fourth show and all Automechanika exhibitions thereafter, based on the respective square metres applied for.
  • Complimentary branding is subject to local offering and availability.
  • Those companies that have exhibited at more than eight events within the offer period will be rewarded with extra visibility at Automechanika Frankfurt 2024.
  • The amount awarded either “covers” or “goes towards” branding
    - If the value of the complimentary branding awarded is lower than the value of the branding(s) booked, the difference will be invoiced to the exhibitor
    - If the value of complimentary Branding awarded exceeds the value of the branding(s) booked, the outstanding amount is neither paid out, nor is it transferable to the next edition nor to other Automechanika exhibitions
  • The maximum value of complimentary branding awarded is € 10,000 or its equivalent in the local currency
  • Complimentary brandings will not be paid out, nor are they transferable to the next edition nor to other Automechanika exhibitions

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH reserves the right to cancel the offer Automechanika Lovers at an early stage if compelling reasons make it necessary. Any further liability of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH is excluded.
