The full opening type front door equipped with 3 shutters and side service door, is placed inside a structure fully composed of panels out of double vinyl coated sheet metal equipped with thermo acoustic insulation. The whole plenum is equipped with practical hooks, which make possible a rapid and easy replacement of filters, without renouncing to the great filtering power of plenum. Lighting is provided by wide surface type light-fixtures, removing both reflections and shadows, without changing the colour tonality.

By means of an automatic drying painting by-pass, temperature on coming out of air in drying phase increases, making the already warmed air recycle. The fully redesigned power board, is equipped with an easier interface which make easy the working functions also thanks to the chance of adjusting both temperature and working phases. In case of no chance of carrying out concrete works, or there is no intention of doing that, metallic base can be supplied as optional.

THE KLEEN BOX is a booth especially studied for the housing of the necessary equipments for paint preparation such as colorimeter, balance, computer for colours and it grants the highest quality level in a overpressure room, which is dustless and perfectly well-aired.

The kleen box is provided with a delayed light starting combined with ventilation, able to hold the room free of solvents.

SAIMA preparation zones have been designed in order to increase body-shops production, optimize the available room and make car preparation easier; consequently, small repairs will be carried out in a very short time. What is guaranteed is both over spray disappearance and removal of sanded powders, which otherwise would be dispersed into the atmosphere.

Air flow keeps steady with all kind of filters, a very important point in order to get a result up to your work. What mark our projects are both practicability and comfort; for such a reason the preparation zone can be equipped with a great range of lockers and box rooms for all tools, and consumption materials which are necessary to carry out car repairs in the best way. T H E S I S SPRAY BOOTH WITH ENDOTHERMIC PANELS

Inside the working zones the temperature of endothermic panels is controlled by some sensors placed inside such panels, and the temperature of the vehicle to be painted is controlled by some detectors directly facing the item to be painted.

As a result, the working temperature is always optimal and, what is most important, it keeps uniform onto the whole treated surface.

 

ENERGY COSTS SAVING

The absence of the burner and heat exchanger makes unnecessary the smoke ducts, the construction of REI 120 thermic stations and fuel depots.

This condition allows you to save installation costs, and generates a lower number of consumption parts with consequent costs reduction, elimination of the controls for emissions into the atmosphere and necessary time to get approval by the pertinent authorities appointed to release the suitable certifications.

Working:

Thesis spray booth is a totally innovative plant that completely changes the traditional conception and way to use the booth we have considered up to now. As a matter of fact, the endothermic panels have been created for water based paints, but we strongly recommend their use for every kind of paint.
 

The necessary heat is spread into the spray booth by means of the endothermic panels that are applied vertically onto the booth side, rear walls and plenum.

Such panels directly heat the surface to be painted by exploiting their irradiating power, so that regular paint flash-off and base solvent evaporation are granted.

The necessary air flow for painting phase and flash-off is generated by an outside ventilating group as in the traditional booths. The particular power of the endothermic panel and its “heating factor by irradiation” make the surface to be painted reach a temperature from 70° to 80° C at the moment of paint application.
