As in the past, the Aftermarket Forum will be a particular attraction this year. In lectures and panel discussions, experts from the sector will consider subjects of topical interest to the automotive aftermarket.

The panel discussions and the dialogues will be chaired by Prof. Dr. Stefan Reindl, Institut für Automobilwirtschaft e.V. Geislingen, Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Dudenhöffer, Director CAR Center of Automotive Research, FH Gelsenkirchen, and Heinrich Frost, Frostmarketing, Lüneburg.

The subjects are:

  • Profit from the dynamism of the aftermarket – but how?
  • The challenge posed by CO2
  • The worldwide opportunities offered by the aftermarket, dealer management –reorientation of authorised dealerships and optimisation of the services offered
  • The challenge of multi-make dealerships and extending the branch network: how can the trade adapt to the structures required?
  • Optimisation of structures in the parts and accessories business
  • The worldwide opportunities offered by the aftermarket
  • Aftermarket: What must be done right? Which traps need to be avoided?
