Electro-mobility

Mobility in the future

Elektromobilität

The automotive industry faces profound changes. Electromobility is the issue of the future that puts existing patterns of thinking on their head and brings together areas that do not at first view appear to have much to do with vehicle technology.

Hamburg-based electro-mobility pioneer Karabag, in conjunction with Kion Group company Linde Material Handling (manufacturers of forklift electric motors for decades and suppliers of the powertrain for the Karabag new500E) and STILL GmbH (who maintain and repair these components), will be presenting a special show at the Agora.

Companies that will play a significant role in the future of the automotive industry are showcasing their offer. They include not only battery manufacturers and companies involved in renewable energies (e.g. solar and wind power) but also universities and other training institutions for the automobile mechanics of the future.

Messe Frankfurt has developed a “Mobility of the Future” theme world (Hall 10.0) in collaboration with the German E-Mobility Association (BEM) and its members. The new mobility concepts on show can be experienced here at first hand.
