New in the west: Car Wash, Care & Reconditioning together for the first time

The “who’s who” of the car wash business will gather once again in the ‘Car Wash City’ in the outdoor area 10/11 at Automechanika in Frankfurt. A lot of keyplayers will be there, including Otto Christ AG, Istobal, Nilfisk, Adriateh, KAW Kiehl KG, Flowey Products, Favagrossa, Ergox, Alfred Kärcher Vertriebs-GmbH, Frank GmbH, Kenotek, Faritec GmbH and WashTec Cleaning Technology GmbH.

Products and solutions for commercial vehicles will be presented by Alfred Kärcher Vertriebs-GmbH, Nilfisk, STR-Steinbrückner Reinigungstechnik GmbH, and others. The sign “Truck Competence” on the trade fair stand and the visitors’ guide bearing the same name will help visitors find commercial vehicle offerings from the various companies.

Seminar programme

The seminar programme at Car Wash City is supported by Washtec Cleaning Technology GmbH, Kärcher, KAW Kiehl, R+M de Wit, Nilfisk, Adriateh, Faritec, Istobal and Koch Chemie. In addition to lectures on biological and cost-efficient water treatment and self-service car washes, lectures on intelligent solutions will be at the top of the agenda. Zoran Injac, Consultant for new technologies at Adriateh and Co-founder of Ready2Wash, Croatia, will present ‘Ready2wash’ a monitoring and management system for filling-station operators combined with an app for end customers.

Germany’s ‘carwashinfo’ trade magazine will present the results of a national poll of drivers that offers insights into wash quality, satisfaction and the frequency carwashes are used. Additionally, visitors can take part in a competition to guess the speed of rotation of washing brushes.

Car Care & Reconditioning in hall 9.1

The car care and reconditioning product area is being expanded and will be found in Hall 9.1. For the first time, the themes of car wash, care, and reconditioning are being brought closer together at the fair and are now in direct proximity to the product group Repair & Maintenance which is located in the halls 8, 9, and 11.
