Diesel Particulate Filter - Remanufacturing

Volkswagen’s recycling of defective diesel particulate filter systems means massive savings of material and energy which would otherwise be used on manufacturing new systems. The CO₂ savings amount to 22.3 kilograms for each exhaust system (-87 percent).
